Every AI Companion is a space for adults to find comfort, fun and connection with AI companions. These rules keep it safe. They apply to everything you write, upload, create or request.

Always

• Be 18 or older, and keep every character and scenario adult.
• Use the App for yourself. It is personal and non-commercial, and accounts can't be shared or sold.
• Remember that companions are AI. Take care of yourself and the people in your life.

Never

• Anything involving minors, childlike framing in romantic contexts, or age-play.
• Non-consent, sexual violence, incest or bestiality, even as fiction.
• Explicit sexual content. Flirting and romance are welcome; anything graphic fades to black.
• Photos or deepfakes of real people without their consent, of celebrities or public figures, or of anyone under 18.
• Uploading other people's private information, documents or memories without the right to share them.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that promotes violence, self-harm or terrorism.
• Illegal activity, or instructions for crimes, weapons or drugs.
• Impersonating someone or misrepresenting who you are.
• Spam, scams, advertising or selling to others.
• Malware, hacking, scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, or getting around safety filters or rate limits.
• Infringing anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.

Enforcement

We use automated screening and human review. We may block content, refuse to generate it, remove companions, or suspend or close accounts. Serious harm to minors is reported to the authorities.

Tap ••• on a companion, or long-press a message and choose Report. You can also email tech@everystudio.app.
